Tutorial: How to paint your sketches and lineart [HD]

This may be a silly question, but what did you use to color the pic with? And, shouldn't the color layer be on multiply 'cuz the description says the lineart layer should be on multiply, or am I missing something? I'm still learning about how to use this program. :B
