  • There is no argument here. I offered an opinion and you insulted me. Nothing to argue with. Have a nice day.

  • @shawnuel A. you deserve a medal. B. I still think Street Corner Symphony was superior, however, i have to admit Committed did pretty well.

  • @chitwn9891 Yes....they were VERY close. I really wouldn't have been upset had Street Corner won. Incidentally, chitwn9891, What was your opinion of this last season's results? I actually felt like only one group would have even made 2010's top 5 and that was Pentatonix, although, Afro-Blue's best performances were up there with ANYONE'S.

  • @shawnuel I agree with pentatonix, however i would've put sonos in there as well, i will say the aires are amazing, but with OTR last year, they would've canceled each other out in a sense. All in all there was a lot of amazing talent both seasons

  • @chitwn9891 why cant we just agree comitted and street corner symphony were equally talented ??

  • :) beautiful!

  • Honestly, I didnt "enjoy" it till 1:09-1:29. They did a good job though.

  • They were at our school today!!

  • That 1:09-1:29 took me outta here!!!

  • i like this version better than the original, the original is very creepy this one is almost uplifting. I could see this version being sung by a dead husband to his living wife.

  • I just think when these guys do their own arrangement & rendition of a song, we should pretend like we never heard it before...and listen that way. I LOVE it!!! And I think Therry has one of the most beautiful smiles ever....I just plain like these guys, all of them. They've got at least 4 guys who can carry a lead and they blend so beautifully it's sick!

  • I'm not sure his name, but they guy who sang the lead for 'Apologize' had an awesome harmony in the background in the beginning.

  • Lets Gooo Seventh Adventist People .... PFA Alll Dayyy

  • I have to say on this one I so disagreed with the judges. I don't care...it's gorgeous. Those voices are wonderful wonderful wonderful!! I LOVE IT!!!

  • Does NO ONE realize this song is narrated by a stalker?

  • @MikeinPurple

Not being rude or anything, but NO ONE cares about the narrator. It's all about how beautiful the music is!

  • Of course it's beautiful. It's one of my favorite songs. But people treat it like it's a sweet love song, when it's really a twisted ballad about a stalker who *watches* a girl. Just ask Sting himself; he's experienced similar frustration over the interpretation of the song.

  • @MikeinPurple Yeah, I understand what you're saying.

  • Geston Pierre is one of the best bass Ive ever heard just amazing!!!! Im in seriously like of this man

  • ........(just silence)

  • This is str8 TOUGH >>> YEAHHH!!!

  • I LUV them!!!!!!!!!! There harmonies are on fire!

  • I LUV them!!!!!!!!!!

  • That Ending was sickkkkkkkkkk!!!!

  • @ SephieGreek . NOT ALL of them went to Forest Lake Academy, neither did ALL of them graduate from graduate from FLA. Bottom line is I love them no matter.

  • i still love them but every other song they did gave me chills except this one was good but not there best due to the song ..i think they would have done way better cause they have crazy falsetto's i love them regardless..since day 1 every one is entitled one mediocre song but it was still excecuted great..but missed the chills they normally deliver lol love ya committed

  • I thought this was WAY better than the judges gave them credit for. Ben did, however, allude to the fact that they were a bit tougher on Committed because they were so advanced. That bridge, while not perfectly executed, is re-frick-ulously difficult to sing. Still superior to the rest of the competition. And I LOVE the humility and playfulness of these guys when the critiques are given.

  • @shawnuel i agree w/ you on a musicianship front. i think song choice made it a weaker performance to the judges/masses. not the most crowd-pleasing "guilty pleasure" (to intrigue non-musicians in TV land). though they succeeded w/ other tunes, something just felt awkward and uncomfortable about their translation of Sting & The Police into R&B/Soul. And their vocal jazz flares felt random/arbitrary in this performance. that said, a crown still well-deserved.

  • @indralars Excellent analysis. I agree with you. Little correction.....This song was in the "Rock" category and in that context, Ben Folds' assertion that the performance "didn't rock" made perfect sense. I definitely agree with the "awkward" and "random" comments for that performance but I still felt like the fact that they were technically almost flawless could have been mentioned along side the constructive criticisms.

  • @shawnuel i agree.....i actually was teary-eyed, the rendition really touched me. i think they were just saying that they wanted different creative choices but there was absolutely no cracks in the singing

  • @shawnuel you have no idea what your talking about do you. just shut the fuck up you just wish you knew something about acapella. what a laughable moron you are

  • @Stubthezomb Thankfully, I know something about spelling and grammar.

  • @shawnuel thats it? thats ur excuse? LOL ur not a singing expert and since you dont have the intellect to argue with me you go on my grammer and spelling? right cause that matters so much compared to you.

  • i knew the competition was over at 1:11

  • NO, not all residing in Florida. Check those facts.

  • @SCID2008 i think he/she meant coming FROM florida cuz they all graduated from Forest Lake Academy (this SDA school in Florida . they live in Alabama now rite ?

  • theyt did it! congrats gentlemen Been rooting for you since day one!

  • maurice is a sick singer. sick sick sickkkk

  • love them!!!

  • of course us adventist kids sing like angels

  • They are wonderful, even when they fall apart towards the end, but the first like 16 bars are so ..... wow! I mean seriously, listen to the first part again!

  • last 45 seconds: AWESOME

  • Agreed that this was the weakest performance by them :(

  • weakest performance by them so far, but tough to follow two sensational performances i guess. but serisouly pick a lead singer maybe two. not everyone needs to be in front.

  • @nabilalam I would generally agree with you but Maurice can SERIOUSLY BLOW. I probably would stick with him, Therry and Robbie for leads......but they all can flat out SANG!

  • this wasnt my fav.. but the genre choice was kinda odd.. but still GREAT! lol.. and only 3 are from florida

  • I didn't particularly like the genres tonight, nonetheless, they did an AWESOME job!!! The musicallity was amazing & the vocals were as expected - FABULOUS!!!!

  • I love you for already having these up :) thanks!
