You know, I hate what they did to Gabrielle Medina. That character had prowess. She had strength and agile wits. I think they watered her down and then killed her off. It was because the new writers couldn't recognize the old writers zeal for the character. Blair would never have gotten away with any of this with the Gabrielle of old.

I think the main thrust of her attitude in this is that she was terrified of going back to prison. Until she talked to Bo about it, she really thought she was going back to Statesville. I think prison, plus being homeless and peniless just a few months before, really changed her. Plus, Bo's influence on her character had a great deal to do with it.

IntructorDUSTR1 and when they brougth in blair she was supposedly the new gabrielle Medina in town...sorry but blair always came across as a gabby reject to me with below acting skillz well at least this blair did...I dont remember the asian blair since I gave up on OLTL when Fiona left the first time...But Kassie clearly is not a good actress to me...
