Hi drotmedeny, it is in 'drop d' tuning.  Just drop your bass string down to D instead of E. Good luck!!

Great pickin'!,..my friend's brother, the great Paul Williams wrote that way back,..and 3 Dog Night of course recorded it. Paul wrote tons of great tunes, Evergreen, We've Only Just Begun, etc, etc. Paul's brother Mentor wrote a killer song called Drift Away, sung by Dobie Gray.
