So here's my theory that is probably completely off the mark because i'm never right: Eli comes to Clare's house to talk and says the "It's what I want, Clare"/ "Here's what I want, Clare" (whichever it is, seems to be confusion as to exactly what he says) after trying to break up with Clare which prompts her "are you serious?" line. But I don't think they'll stay apart because of the shot of them kissing in his bedroom that we saw way back. Ehh it's just my theory. *shrugs*
