But she says she's "proud" - If you picked the Bad Karma - its not Trish that you chose to save. And Trish is with the "doctors" - and she says she's "ashamed".

this was a pretty hard choice. although i ended up choosing the doctors because I as a player didn't really care for trish as she has been hating on you for the majority of the game. plus i wanted to maintain my rank as a Hero.

I wanted to go save the doctors but i climbed the wrong building, i was well pissed off cuz i hated Trish, but then she died anyway so i was happy...

and even tho i hated her she still said she was proud of me so everyones a winner... except Cole...and Trish... and the doctors... or the people the doctors cud hav saved....

If you have good karma and you go to save Trish, shes actually one of the doctors so she dies, but she tells you that shes proud of what you become, but also goin to save Trish gives u bad karma and either way no matter who u go to trish dies..... Didnt like Trish anyway...

This Karma moment was suprisingly difficult for me.

I had to think for a few seconds, then went to the closest building, which had the six doctors. I was suprisingly curious to see what'd happen if I saved Trish (well, until now...)

I flippin love this game. Far better than what I'd expected.
