I'd say that with all of these newer housing developements that went up everywhere you probably will see this once a year from now on, it if was built after 1999 its crap, the builder probably loosened up the ground too much a year or two back and now it ruptured.

@mmaaxx1198 not really a newer housing development, our neighborhood was developed in the early 50's, my house being completed in 57. it was PG&E who did it not the builder.
