1. net the fish
2. unhook fish in the net
3. have camera guy ready, pull fish out of net, snap picture / measure if absolutely necessary
4. release the fish.

i wonder how long that thing was out of the water for.. geez get it back in. 30 seconds of it just sitting there and u doing nothing.your supposed to keep it in the water while unhooking it.
