lol, it's called a collage. Once Hirst's skull is removed from its original context Cartrain is right - it's not his anymore (that's why Rauschenberg, Warhol, etc. could make prints of the Kennedy's, Mona Lisa, Elvis, etc and not get sued - it's called appropriation.) Plus, I seem to remember Damien saying he never felt shy about "stealing" (that's a quote) other people's work to use in his own pieces (I believe this interview is on youtube) total hypocrisy...
