@kumathebulldog WHat the hell are you on about?? Nurburgring is the greatest and one of the most technical tracks in the world. 24 Hours of PURE endurance. There is a reason it's called the "Green Hell". I've been on race tracks all over the world and I haven't enjoyed any track as much as I've enjoyed the Nurburgring.

Not too mention it's such a historical event. Have some respect for our sport man. All TRUE motor sports enthusiasts love The Ring.

I find this a bit strange. The film is titled as a Nurburgring tribute but there are a number of shots from Spa and Oulton Park. I know the Ring in both the GP course and the North Loop has enough to fulfill a tribute so that is why i don't see this as a well done product.

Meh. Looks like this copy was filmed with a Flip camera in the theatre. The colors are dull and lifeless. Much of the original camera work is amateurish. Post production and the classical music soundtrack are well done, considering how bad so much of the original source video is. Reminds me of the horrible camera work of Winning, a Paul Newman movie about the Indianapolis 500. There are better 'Ring videos shot by amateurs all over YouTube.

I thought it came across as artistic. I really liked the way they sync'd it with the concerto. Absolutely beautiful. As for the camera work, perhaps it wasn't true color and such, but I submit they did it intentionally for artistic purposes. There's nothing to say that the actual movie won't have more normal color correction. I wouldn't knock a movie just based on the camera effects. I will wait to see the whole picture before passing judgement.
