It will re-open remeber Dumbledore's words "As long as there r students who want to learn Hogwarts will be open for them" like that's y the didn't close in Chambe rof secrets XD, it will be there whether Garry is there or not is the real question...

I think it will reopen, regardless of whether Garry's there... LOL but I seriously doubt that Harry, Ron, and Hermione will be attending, in fact, I doubt any weaslys will go back to Hogwarts. But to answer the question, I believe it will be open. Look at what McGonagle (I can't remember how to spell it) said in the end of HBP. As long as there's one student who attends the school, it will be open. Then they say "that's what Dumbledore would've wanted."

hmm... no i dont think so, because so many people will be far too terrifyed to go, like all the mothers wont let their kids go cuz now Dumbledore's dead!

no one in the order (weasleys, hermione etc..) will go.

none of the death eaters (malfoy, crabbe goyle etc..) will go either.

Hogwarts WILL reopen, and Harry, Ron, and Hermione will return. I think they will resist at first, but they will get talked into returning. So...Who thinks Ron and Hermione need to go out already?!

I think it might... even if Harry, Hermione and Ron don't turn up. I hope it will, there's a lot of students who need the teachers.

of coarse it will!!!How on earth do you expect the tri to get the information they so despretly need?!! And I do think the entire trio will return but not all of the students. I'm not sure if there is a horucrux inside Hogwarts, but we haven't been given a proper goodbye to Hogwarts yet so we HAVE to go back!!!

Yes Hogwarts will reopen, no Harry Ron and Hermione will not go back. But Ginny will. And Hermione said in OOTP that she would like to do something worthwhilelike taking SPEW further, and you don't really need much of an education for that.

I am pretty sre Hogwarts will reopen. How would students be educated? There can't be many wizarding schools and they would most likely not have room to teach the students who would otherwise go to Hogwarts. I don't know about the trio. They seem pretty determined to go off and fight Voldemort, but I could see something from Dumbledore or the Order wanting them to stay....

They will return to school.. It is an exceptional base of operations and very secure as well. And they can get more resources there..

I definatly want them to go back, and i think maybe circumstances involving Dumbledore will cause them to return. Will they stay and have classes like normal, no way, Harry has to save the world afterall. He cant do that while hes twidling his thumbs in class now can he;)

I think Hogwarts willö reopen! In my opinion one of the Horkruxes is still in there, so Harry, Ron and Hermione HAVE to go back!^^

I agree, Michelle! I think Hogwarts will reopen, but I don't think the trio will stay the whole year, if they go back as students at all...though I can't see Hermione willing to sacrifice a career because of not taking her N.E.W.T.s, lol! But I think if Harry goes back, it will only be because he has some "loose ends" to tie up. ~Marissa
