My next episode is on choosing watermelon but I'll put the coconut milk on the list..thats not exactly how to pick out a fruit but there are several techniques I'd like to show such as the milk and how to remove the coconut from the shell...perhaps even how to make a coconut shell bikini...w/ a model:)

My 9 yr old dtr is on a special SCD diet thats curing her Crohn's. No sugar, soy, grains, starches, milk. She is sooo healthy now. I follow the diet also and feel better than ever!

She CAN eat fresh meats, fruits, veggies and nuts. I make neat foods with nuts and nut flour.

I have NOT been able to find coconut w/out sugar anywhere! I had NO idea how to open a fresh one. Now I'll give it a try! There are so many foods I can make for her with this. Thanks again!

my great grandpa is like 85 and he lives in puerto rico and he uses a machete to open coconuts personally i dont like using knifes its not as fun

I would definitely have to agree, unfortunately the knife is dangerous enough and I think recommending a machete might be a little too dangerous for most folks. Plus they are more likely to just have the knife. But hey the knife in this case is so big it practically is a machete! lol. Thanks for the comment!
