Out of curiosity, why didn't the 210 have leading edge de-ice boots on the wings, but had them on the horizontal stabilizer?

Hi, actually that's just a stone guard on the horizontal stabliizer. We do a lot of dirt strips and it saves the leading edge from debris kicked up by the prop. Thanks for watching.
