I just bought the DC16 today, like new at a pawn shop for $40 (not paying $149 new).
I really like it, for a hand vac it has a lot of suction. The only think I dislike about it is the short life of the battery! It takes 3 hours to charge and you only get 6 minutes of cleaning time.
Overall, I think it's handy for quick clean ups, and it's definitely not meant to clean the whole house. However I think it would be smart to look for used batteries so when one dies, and have another to pop in.
wow sorry review, lets see this is a first gen phone and you are comparing it to a 3rd gen iphone, come on. also thats your fault you lost your password, sprint has gotten a lot better customer serivce then before
That is your fault for losing your password. I have never had any problems with sprint. There customer service has been great for me for the last 7 years.
Would you help me by removing all of my comments? You could remove this one also. Thanks. UTUB5ABLE

@Kirbyotronic Need more battery life? Do what I did, buy a spare. When I vacuum my car, I've got power to spare!
I LOVE my Dyson DC16! The original battery lasted about 4 years, which is about right. I didnt want to pay $75.00 to Dyson for a new one!
I found a great deal on a new battery on ebay!

I didn't lose my password. This was 'new service' whereby it's supposed to ask you to create a password the first time you call, but it didn't.

It's not "sluggish". If you want the apps to load faster, you keep them open in card view. You have a choice, unlike iPhone.
