Read the book "Flyboys" by James Bradley. It proves that this movie left out how Americans also killed innocent people during the Doolittle Raids. Were we right in doing this? Japan at least bombed Pearl Harbor because it had important military value, but we bombed Tokyo and killed many innocent people out of revenge.
@justAguy344 You have to look at the conflict from both sides. We placed an oil embargo on Japan, and they needed that oil. As an effect, Japan bombed Pearl Harbor. Bombing Pearl was wrong, but at least the Japanese attacked a military threat. This movie doesn't show it, but Americans also bombed nursery schools, hospitals, and killed innocent civilians. In my humble opinion, I think that the Doolittle Raid was unnecessary and was caused by the huge war fever that Americans had after Pearl.

They sound like men, their emotions, their feelings.
