Fabulous! My two favourite accordionists with two of my favourite guitarists! Tatave n'a pas perdu sa force, jamais. Il y a ceux d'aujourdhui qui ont plus de la virtuosité , mais personne a plus du swing ou du sens musical.

Je garde un souvenir très touchant de ce "Hot Club de France " ! Mon Papa était un fan et ne manquait pas une émission de ce club à la radio, à l'époque ! Et moi, bien jeune mais déjà passionnée de musique, j'étais autorisée à veiller tard le soir exeptionnellement pour entendre ces émissions de Jazz !!!

Then listen to his very early records on columbia, limehouse blues. There´s no other accordeonist with such an enormous drive. Maybe he lost his power&charisma over the years.
