And as EVERYONE on youtube has been telling you, YOU DO NOT UNDERSTAND THE CONCEPT OF WORKING IN RESTAURANTS. If somebody tells you something constructive, sure, you may work on it and get better. But in kitchens, where there's a shitload of work to be done, very little time to do it, it's different.

THIS IS THE REASON WHY SUCH A STRICT, FIERCE DISCIPLINE IS SET IN THE KITCHEN DURING SERVICE. You cannot afford to have any flaw that will fuck with the standards that the Head Chef is trying to achieve. EITHER YOU GIVE IT TO THEM STRAIGHT, OR YOU WILL FAIL.
