Most people do rush through it....listen to Amazing version of National Anthem by Chiela Moreno and she ..........has a slow swinging rythm that doesnt sound rushed and almost can carry a beat. I have never heard anyone famous or infamous do it this way !

Sure. I'd meander a guess at around 1:10-1:24. That's when it shifted downwards. It's rather hard to pick up on, but if you play her singing at the very beginning and at the very end, then it's apparent.
