Ridiculous. Mike Pence is basically calling for doing nothing to address our economic problems except put more money in the pockets of the wealthy. A 10% increase in tax cuts for the rich? Spending no money for 5 years? He claims Americans are cutting back so the government should too. Do I have to remind him that a household and an economy work differently? He call for no spending at a time when every leading economist says lack of spending is the problem.

Pcc68 when you say "every leading economist" you are at best misleading, and more likely uninformed. "Leading economist" are whichever economist agree with the veiw, or agenda of those paying for the study. (not that the Republicans would do much better sadly) Mr Pence, along with Ron Paul ,imo seem to have a little more sense than the rest of the party. But I guess the point is moot anyway, because the Republicans have almost Zero power now in either house. We get socialism no matter what.
