  • Finally, I've had two postive tests for rheumatoid arthritis, and two (possibly three) negative tests for it. I think I got the negatives because I was eating low glutten food and almost completely off of meat and milk (I was taking advice from a book on Rheumatoid Arthritis). Anyway, I'd LOVE to talk to you about this if you are accepting interviews. I'll re-send this via PM, you can contact me on here, obviously, or facebook, Joe Manning, or theboxingcannabyte@gmail.com

  • @TheBoxingCannabyte Joe sorry to hear that you have been in a lot of pain. I will send you a more detailed video response soon. Unfortunately I am not doing interviews currently. So here are a few things to think about. I got put on methadone and norco (lortab, you probably know that) 30 mg of each, every day, I obviously can't go off them without severe withdrawal. I can't afford physical therapy because I've been unemployed, right now I do soft martial art practices, no weights, low-kicks, very slow stuff, shadow boxing is literally slow motion. I have numbness and tingling in my-

  • I love the context of your video. But you say "uhh" too much. A good tip from a old radio host is to have a silent pause instead of "uhh". Keep up the good ork.

  • What works? The only thing that works is gaining weight, nutrition intake accelerates recovery. Anti inflammatory medicines.

  • Knees and elbows are my most disabling injuries. They set me back so much
