@XDLeadingLady Singaporeans can speak proper English, proper Mandarin too. We don't have an accent per se! The whole thing about Singlish and that weird made up accent do not truly represent the country. Somehow many people think that if a Singaporean is eloquent and articulates properly, he or she is "faking" an accent. How tragic.
