Or maybe, someone before them opened up the gates, and like all doors, gates, trapdoors, etc., they have timers, and after it goes off, they close again. Do some research, or PLAY THE GAME.

why, why didn't u bring armor??? ur a low cb lvl for killing mossy's...don't always depend so heavily on the cake slices. bring armor to last u until next cake slice. and tele runes so if ur really dying, just tele out and keep ur items. that way u can kill mossy's more efficiently and get more ranarr seeds per hour, and save urself a lot of time. just a word of advice from someone who's done it a lot. -_-

tbh, not that often. its a bit rare, so i usually have to kill tons of them to get a couple of seeds.

As to the exact number...um, i don't know, i don't count. but it does take a good while. try asking around and see if u can get some more precise information on how often they drop a ranarr seed. that might help answer ur question.
