I don't know whether you're one of the many theists in this place that engage in censorship themselves, but false DMCAing is wrong, in and of itself, irrespective of the victim or perpetrator. This still pisses me off; the idiot DMCA law is a "magic bullet" to silence criticism, and YouTube does not care (indeed the law says YouTube is required to remove the videos).
It's not the law that is the problem because we need such laws to protect people's property, which can also be their income. But the real problem seems to me is Youtube's policies in how to handle this. While it's understandable that they can't personally check every issue, it's not fair that they just assume that the accuser is right and assume the accused is guilty. And the policy for countering is completely unfair to the accused who has been deemed guilty with no investigation.
I shall mirror this video as well. False DMCAing is a cowardly act that no one who supports freedom of expression should condone. Don't worry, as these DMCAs are obviously false, you should get all your videos back ten days after filing a counter-notification. The main challenge facing us all is to find a way to pressure YouTube to devise a way to hold people who issue false DMCAs accountable, because as the system stands, there is no deterrent to anyone who wants to abuse the DMCA system.

Counter file for sure. I don't think you need to worry about your personal info. The idiot doing this has no specific interest in you, your vids are part of some larger plan they are working on. In a few days some other christian will get hit.

I'd like to help, but I've no experience with this. Many on YouTube have, and have made vids about this, so I hope you can find some help.
My reaction would be to read the language about DMCAs and counter-notices very carefully. If it applies, fill out and file the counter-notice. If it doesn't apply (like the mirrored videos), just take them down. Keep copies of everything relevant, and keep good records of all the transactions about this.

You can legally persue action against them, I recommend you read the false DMCA rules & regulations, about how to persue legal action or what your best recourse would be.
