Right, so I found out what the problem was. I was still in the first system and you cannot get it there. You need to go to another star system for ships to drop milk and cookies. I got it quite quickly once I did that.
I've been trying this shit for something like two hours now and I haven't seen shit, not even the milk and cookies. I feel like I'm missing something painfully obvious or something.
@zerifu To increase the chances of making a pilot bail in X3 you should only use 1 of your weakest weapons in the fire group, basically the longer you are hitting an enemy the more likely they are to bail, also transport ships tend to be easier targets and bail a little more often but you risk pissing off the local authorities if you attack them, though if the transport is far enough away from other ships he'll have bailed long before the authorities can get there ;).
I'm only getting gift drops. Is this achievement over?

@HammertoesVI I found that you need to teleport to the next star system as, apparently, you can't do it in the 'Sol' system.

@mupet00000 for me is the X3 albion prelude achiev.....i cant make a pilot ejects....and there is no videos on youtube :(
