i only found 18 secrates make a vid showing all the secrates locations

I know what happens when you get all 21 secrets. You just put in 7 2 8 then go right and grab the secrets. Put them in the machine and the bars come up (to the right). Then theres a machine you look in and there are 5 of them (just keep going right).It is pictures of inspiration on creating The Submachine games.
