What tells you homosexuality is evil and wrong? The bible? There is no evidence whatsoever that the Bible is the word of God. You only think this because other people told you it was, and they believe it because people before that told them it was. Angela, that's *precisely* what the founding fathers "spilled their blood" for. (I put it in quotes because I don't think any of the founding fathers were actually physically injured, although they certainly risked it a lot.) Popular speech doesn't need protection. Speech that is societally approved of doesn't need protection. It is only unpopular speech, speech that upsets and angers people, that needs legal protection, so that is what the right to free speech is all about.
