You have to be able to totally let yourself relax and get into it. If you can't get past that, it's very difficult to do it I would imagine..

You're lucky I wasn't in this show. I've wanted to be hypnotized for ages, but it never works on me. Even had 2 hypnotherapy sessions, but couldn't go under.
