In Hindu mythology, when Shiva is killed, the goddess Kali squats over his body, rips out and eats his organs, and then mounts his still erect manrod to complete the cycle of creation (Imagine the exaggeration of an aroused cock attached to a dead god)..
Swamiji, this is a great way of explaining it. Especially the part where you stated that rules or morality given to us is not necessary. As long as we are centered and concentrate on our spiritual growth and the expansion of our consciousness through the different techniques, then morality would automatically be expressed in us. Important information!!!
Namaste - most excellent - very good explaining of what it is to be on the path - to, 0 point balance - the way to relaxed surrender within. i am most happy to see this Guru if you cannot here me - then hear this Guru -hahahahaha One and the Same -Realization.
It is always so refreshing to be reminded of the truth.

Swamiji
You mentioned that:
1.That the time in NS and incoming, outgoing breath is the same, its only the attntion which is making it feel differnt.
2.That when we are in a uncomfortable situation, the time passes slowely and we have expreienced it that it is true.
3.You mention that Coz we loose the identity we are uncomfortable in the NS and jump it.
We shd have felt it like a long time spent there.. as compared to the time spent on the two breaths .. is it not?
