Hi Heloise, Yes, I do all the harmonies, and all instruments as well. Adding harmony is my favorite part. So far I haven't written down anything; rather, I listen to the others in my earphones and try to come up with additional parts before pushing the record button. The most difficult thus far was "Dream," which has very tight and dissonant four-part harmony. But when it all comes together, sounds fine. =)
Thanks, Heloise. I'd like to hear your group, too. Are you on here somewhere?
All of my songs--over a dozen of them here--have lots of harmony; won't do one without it. And the later ones are in stereo, which wasn't available when I first posted.
When I bought them--not long ago--they were the bestselling headphones at Musician's Friend. Now they're #2: I highly recommend them! You can hear every note of every instrument, and they're not very expensive.
Thanks, Divine. I haven't used the pitch correction feature, yet. Not sure how it would work. For example, I sometimes slur up to a note (didn't realize I did that until I listened to my own recordings). I wonder whether pitch correction would change that. Dunno.
Videos were prepared with Windows Movie Maker, which converts stereo recordings to mono. These sound better in stereo--my opinion.
Thanks, Glenn. I look forward to hearing you here on YouTube. I met a Dutch pumping team who came to help New Orleans after Hurricane Katrina. They were great guys. (I don't live there, but was there temporarily working with the Corps of Engineers.) Have you seen my latest song, Paper Doll? Best regards from Illinois.

Hi Ellipsis,
-Do you do all the harmonies in your own voice in your posts?
-We're a small group at this time, and have made only one video so far, and it needs to be edited. I don't know whether it will be posted on Youtube.

Gorgeous. I wonder what your harmonies would sound like unaccompanied? I sing in a women's barbershop chorus (Sweet Adelines)

What kind of headphones are those? I've been looking for one for my BOSS BR 600. By the way, awesome song too.

I LOVE what you did with the vocals on here! They sound great! Did you use any of the BR-600's pitch correction?
