I remember when I was their age, I would put a nail in a bottle of coke and it would completely disintergrate after a couple days. that's how acidic it was then. I'm talking the early 70's here. lol

LOL we dont have Mentos here but I'm sure i can get the same results with something else, i drink a lot of diet coke and eat sweets...I'm amazed I'm still in one piece if that's the effect.

so nice to see you! but what I do is put the mentos in my nose and ears and get in a bathtub filled with sprite. its quite amazing!

Bwhahaha what fun he he This whole diet coke & mentos phenom reminds me of way back when I was in grade school and the science teacher showed us the ole vinegar & baking soda thang. It smelled bad and made a huge mess but it was cool watching the foam froth out of the beaker. ha ha xoxoxox
