Sea-Clusion is a 46 foot Bertram with two Detroit diesels - which must have their work cut-out to power the three air conditioning systems on board. No sign of a bow thruster in use here. The skipper just seems to have rounded-up to port, shifted into astern on the port engine and then just backed into the dock. He's obviously done this many times before.
