They are still friends to this day, I mean why wouldn't they? They were on the same show. its cool, when NSYNC was together, they toured with her, yeah, but I don't know if JC had forgotten how annoying Christina was as a kid,I'd bet he mostly wouldn't remember, but I bet he would remember her getting on his nerves.
