Sadly, those who are prepared to videotape miracles likely have a huge ministry of some sort, or are pastors of congregations, who may or may not have people within them that have the ability to heal, or to do miraculous works. Further, it seems that more & more people who consider themselves to be true Christians are not, but only "believe in" Jesus that He died for us, or prayed a prayer without repentance because of a watered down gospel being proclaimed in so many churches.

In Jesus home-town, he could only heal a few sick ppl because of their lack of faith in him. Real miracles do happen, but not often in front of a camera. I was healed of a urinary tract infection instantly almost 20 yrs ago. Friends & I prayed over a man swollen & unconscious from alcohol poisoning - we saw the swelling go down in seconds before our eyes.
@hecanet (3) Some sickness is for the glory of God via healing, other sickness is judgment for sin, & some for proving our faith as in the case of Job. It would seem that there are many more people sick due to sin than holy people being tested in their faith. That leaves those that are for the glory of God. If the majority of people coming to be healed are in sin, refusing to repent, & if there is very little true Faith, where does that leave us?Likely with less being healed.

He went on to remind them that in the famine during Elijah's day, there were many widows who needed help, but he was only sent to one. & many lepers were in Israel, but none of them was cleansed (by miracle) except one. Considering these things, is it any wonder we see so few real miracles?

In Jesus home-town, he could only heal a few sick ppl because of their lack of faith in him. Real miracles do happen, but not often in front of a camera. I was healed of a urinary tract infection instantly almost 20 yrs ago. Friends & I prayed over a man swollen & unconscious from alcohol poisoning - we saw the swelling go down in seconds before our eyes.

It would seem that there are many more people sick due to sin than holy people being tested in their faith. That leaves those that are for the glory of God. @Heavendreamer2 Can you respectfully state some of the heresies you're making reference to so that others could learn? My biggest concern is that many of us don't read our bibles. We only follow what some preachers tell us. No wonder we are being 'tossed to and fro by every wind of doctrine'

@corneliuslb you are mostly right, a prophet will accept money, but if that is the person's main interest that is when there is a problem. Jesus' ministry accepted money. Judas was the one who managed it for Jesus. Jesus said accept whatever anyone gives you, for the worker is worthy of his wages. The work is our main focus though, not the wages.

The calculations of British mathematician Roger Penrose show that the probability of universe conducive to life occurring by chance is in 10 by the10th by the123th power. The phrase "extremely unlikely" is inadequate to describe this possibility. so the question is where does that leave us?

So the question is why not? Also, have you never opened a book you do know that the small portion you are referring to is a result of time not because it was always like that? If you go by the bible it was a promise not to intervene directly in human affairs, but from personal experience thats not the case

@tallliza our souls yes are immortal but if our bodies were too and aging was a disease, two things would happen one we would not age and two no new children would be born which will kind of deplete the whole purpose because none of us would be here but Adam and Eve and that would be it. He did not change the laws but he fulfilled prophecy at the time but he CHANGE the APPLICATION of the civil laws as they were given to ancient Israel.
