It was a wonderful rendition of The Black National Anthem. While it may not have been the place for the song. Good on her for doing it. Hearing that song awakened burning fire within me to know more about black heritage and history. Three years after it's signing and that 1/24th Infantry were I was was Buffalo Soldiers.
