I understand what you're saying but even though his is a heel, I still think he will get a lot more support in Houston than Samoa Joe will. It seems like they gave Joe the title way too late. People aren't as crazy about Joe as they were when he was X-Division champion. The crowd is a lot more split now when Joe wrestles. If they happen to have Joe drop the title to Booker-T at Victory Road, then Hard Justice and No Surrender will most likely be rematches, pending the "Warrior's" signing.
