Did you have trouble with your mouth watering bad when you put the hcg mixture under your tongue? I am on day 1 of the VLCD.

I noticed you went from 5000 IU to 333 IU should I decrease mine on my 2nd round. What is the purpose of going to a different dose.

My daily amount has always been the same. I mix one 5000 IU of hcg w/ 15 ml of liquid (2 ml silver + 13 ml B12) giving me a total of a 15 day supply. I take .5 ml in the morning and .5 at night = 333 IU per day.
