I was diagnosed with diabetes over 3 years ago. The degree of attention I now have to pay concerning food bothers me greatly. It's like the planning of food has taken over my life. Can't eat that, can't have more than this, oh look, you've developed a milk allergy, yeah! I would love if food were just food. But it isn't ever going to be that again.

I don't have an eating disorder but I think I understand it to a degree. Thank you for speaking out.

Thank you for putting this out there. I had the flu recently too and lost weight. I liked it, even though I was underweight to start with. I was feeling weak but still secretly liked being thinner.
