I like where I'm at with my channel. I only have about 53 subscribers, but I respond to every one of them, they are all good people, and I hope my channels grows at a pace where I don't lose contact with my viewers, my subscribers, my friends.

To anyone that's thinking of starting a new youtube channel for gameplay/montages/commentaries, I'd strongly advise against it unless you have an idea that's REALLY unique and are above 16. I've been there- it's really not worth it and can be very stressful

I think he's done well the prove himself worthy of the help. He's continuing to put out content and it's getting noticeably better with each video. He's also doing dual comms to help out other channels.
I think that people resent how he grew so quickly with little effort when they've tried. Personally i completely agree that he was just a lucky guy who was in the right place at the right time. That's life. People need to work around situations like that. If he continues to put out good content (like his 47-1) then he'll retain subs who appreciate a new com. Do not try and dispute this, I was in the live stream at the time. Woody did nothing wrong. If anything the kid put in more effort than anyone else in the live stream 'cause he gave a reason that got him noticed, the others need to step thier game up.

You do not know what the 12,000 that subbed to him were thinking. Sure some of them probably subbed and went right back to the Podcast. But does that mean that they didn't go back after to see if they liked the kid, I wouldn't stop listening to PKA just to check out a video, I'd open the page and play it later, that's probably what they did. If they don't like him they'll unsub.

In the end you can't blame someone for subbing to someone else. None of them did anything wrong/didn't insinuate anything. I agree that some people might have done it just for a reaction/because he said his name. But still, he wouldn't be gaining subs if his content wasn't good. I'm personally not a fan of his.

I like where I'm at with my channel. I only have about 53 subscribers, but I respond to every one of them, they are all good people, and I hope my channels grows at a pace where I don't lose contact with my viewers, my subscribers, my friends.

To anyone that's thinking of starting a new youtube channel for gameplay/montages/commentaries, I'd strongly advise against it unless you have an idea that's REALLY unique and are above 16. I've been there- it's really not worth it and can be very stressful

Well people gave Woody all this crap for doing this, I don't think he's gonna do it again, maybe if it had gone down well then Woody might do it again, people need to think things through before they act. This basically just closed the door for promos on PKA. I think that people resent how he grew so quickly with little effort when they've tried. Personally i completely agree that he was just a lucky guy who was in the right place at the right time. That's life. People need to work around situations like that. If he continues to put out good content (like his 47-1) then he'll retain subs who appreciate a new com. I believe that you've done nothing wrong in helping out a smaller channel and i think it's unfair for people to troll him cus he was lucky.
