Back at ya. I just noticed you mentoned 94.7 in your post desciption. Man, I remember when that station was KMET-aks "The Might Met'. It was a rock station until it went smooth so to speak, around 1985. I had mixed feelings about it because I love this kind of music, but hated to see the venerable rocker die.

I was one of thos people who could listen to Grover Washington Jr., then flip over to a station playing Missing Persons.

Still that way.

Rarely do local radio stations play this music here in Peru, which is why 94.7 The Wave, WKGRS (Kenny G's radio station), and now Sky FM, which I consider to be the best so far, are the ones that keep me up to date on this music I indeed love.
