  • i had this done to me only 2 days ago, wednesday, today is friday, done on my right hand.

  • This is not how you are suppose to do this. There is a much more easier way. The hole does NOT need to be that big.. Even with the worst cases of carpal tunnel.

  • Interesting to watch, I just had my Ulnar nerve decompressed at the elbow..[8th december] I felt some relief upon waking - more strength in my hand and thumb, it was still farily numb though.. It seems you're meant to be given exercises to do.. alas I was not.. I managed to get some from a GP though.. btw why is ther no blood when you cut into the hand..? Sorry for what might be obvious to some, but I saw no discolouration from a tornequey so how /why was it not bleeding ?
