"kuroneko" is the name of the band.
This band was active from 1992 for two year.
This singer is not a member of Onmyouza.

@miya7188 Thanks. I was unsure. The quality of the video is not so great and she has more-or-less the same look so it was hard to tell. Of course the voice is very different. Videos from Kuroneko in 1996 shows her with a completely different voice. I guess your comment explains this. :)
