That's pretty good. It's really sad how many dance teachers, especially in Hip Hop or a lot of Urban Dances, don't give a proper warm up or a warm up at all. So many students, even I get pretty naive as we already know we can hurt ourselves if we don't stretch ourselves out properly. Thanks for sharing this. :)
This is good. I learn something like that in the first 2 lessons of my hip hop beginner class. My instructor say it's important to practice these basic steps to train up our groove.
