I live in Tennessee and I think it's a great state. We vote for the best candidates...We usually go Dem on Governor, yet stick GOP on prez. We have a huge mix of both dem and gop senators and congressmen and women. I take pride knowing that most Tennesseans aren't as narrow-minded as some tend to believe. Bob Corker is an honorable man who has faults, yet none of which can even begin to compare to the absolute pointlessness of Harold Ford Jr's pitiful, immature, and blindly liberal existence.

Corker narrowly defeated Ford Jr. by less than three percentage points. Nearly half the state believed he'd do a better job. We'll never know, but I do believe it's unfair to say Ford has been whining about it since.

I'm a Tennessean and a life long Memphian. I am a white conservative 46 year old male. I am not the typical demographic that votes for African-American Democrats.

Why? He is the best candidate. He has run an honest and clean campaign and has earned my vote.
