  • Hello , I posted that the birth of Jesus Christ is the true reason for the Christmas season on the Obama Hawaii Christmas article and my comment was censored.

  • Lol.. the cencorship is NOT the real problem.

They are logging all your DATA you fucking dummies.

They have a complete profile on your asses that can be used against you, thats the idea to store all your anti-gov't messages over the span of years to make you look like a fucking kook if need be. People say shit online they would be more careful of in person cuz they feel anonymous but in reality that fake feeling of security is what is going to fuck u up if ever they need something agnst u.

  • I've noticed as well. Yahoo basically censors any comment with a shred of logic or compassion. All of the comments on their articles are rife with hatred and ignorance. It's scary.

  • Yahoo is always censoring. Looks like google is censoring too!

  • This is much worse than a fascist or communist dictatorship!!! these are signs of desperation...Next time i'll vote for Ron Paul, but you never know , just like with Obama , everytingh (bad) is possible...

  • Yahoo will screen and delete any anti war , anti obama and anti propaganda comments that you write on their website!!! Comments that instigate at war and hate for muslims an Pakistan are the highest rated withs thousands of "thumbs up" !!! Its like there is an army of people whao are watching and creen all the comments...This is just outrageous!!! (this video will not start du an error!!! another censor from youtube!!). A few month ago Obama had a meeting with the biggest internet companies !!!

  • is this working ?

I am getting "an error has occured " "try again later"

Yahoo's censorship is total and complete

During the royal wedding day no comments for any "news story" was allowed

this again happened with Obama' birth certificate...(everyone with a brain knows he is not a legal citizen ,he needs to be jailed)

Time after time comments were shown ,deleted,edited,censored...it is a disgrace

the media has proved its complicity with the Governement by taking money to do this

  • @paddysbrain1989

An error occured, please try again later for me as well.

  • @BadSwineDOTcom same here

  • To HELL with YAHOO.. ..and their censorship.

  • @paddysbrain1989

The real issue stems from the fact that the government exists in the first place. As long as it does, the major media outlets will always be stooges for the state since anyone who refuses to do so will be crushed.

  • Bull S*** government censorship!!

  • While bush was in office, The mere mention of Cheney ordering NORAD to stand down was sacrilege . You would expect to be fired and possibly murdered.........

  • @ahblisschris

actually I did get fired for saying 9/11 was carried out by the government in '02.

  • Nice catch!

  • 911 was an inside job!

    911 was an inside job!

  • The video you showed actually censors what Lee Hamilton asked by cutting off the first part of the question. The whole question was about shooting down (not standing down) of flight 77. Mineta never says the words, "stand down." When Cheney says, "of course the order still stands" he was referring Bushs order to shoot down the plane. Mineta has been asked this question multiple times since and he always says it was about shooting down flight 77.

  • My problem with this video is the same as ZullGostnu2. Anyone can flag a comment (which is BS) and it will be removed. The cache is a duplicate and temporally stored. You seem to be implying (maybe Im wrong) that Yahoo is involved in some conspiracy or cover-up. I hope you realize that its not only 911 comments being removed but anyone who gets flagged for whatever reason.

  • anyone can delete on yahoo, any person registered. This is similar to flagging on youtube. Most likely George Bush deleted the yahoo answer. To be honest, yahoo answer is silly, not honest at all.

  • yea true, most people get there points in questions by posting "i don't know"

and build there rep up on yahoo profile

i stoped using the service after i realized that

    lazy bastards lol

  • realised* damn typos

  • Yahoo is well known for their censorship. They practically remove content and not give explanation why and just state it was against communist guidelines when most of the time its not.

Its basically like a cop arresting you and when you ask what for he just says because you broke the law. period. No specifics no thing you just broke the law and they are God and they get to do whatever the hell they like.

  • >> they are God and they get to do whatever the hell they like.

Until someone stands up to them or the economic conditions they create become so bad that the government can no longer afford to kill people

  • Can't wait till Google buys them and fires those mods that are drunk on power.

  • I also found a video you might find interesting.

    watch?v=quaZi5sckwE

Apparently Yahoo has been collaborating with the Chinese government in their censorship programs.

So no surprise when they practice that same amount of censorship in the US.

  • But there is still loads of stuff available!

  • Well said response!

As you said a private entity is certainly, I dunno if Entitled is the word for it, but is seemingly entitled to do and say whatever it wants to suit whatever agenda it feels like pushing that day. We do seem to share a common concern or awareness though, that companies like Yahoo have become cultural staples and as such, trend as the looking glass. While profitable, it is also ripe for abuse.

I find it hard to quantify the right and wrong of exploitation though. Thoughts?

  • My position is pretty simple: hit them where it hurts. Found a competing company and run Yahoo into the ground.

Politcal action is pointless. Solutions come from the free market, not from meaningless wastes of time like voting and protesting.

It isn't hard, almost every company on this planet is completely inept, but we allow stuff like this to continue because we are to lazy to change it. I am going to personally bury Google and Yahoo. Want a beta account to see what we are working on? :-P

  • I have not written software in C++ in some time, but sure, I would be honored to take a look at what you have going!

  • Thanks! I'll hit you up when we are ready.

  • Call it a matter of semantics, but when Mineta says that the young man stated 30, 20, 10 miles out. Without fore knowledge of an aircrafts destination, how does one state that said aircraft is 30 miles out? That does not make any sense. Much of this testimony is garbage. Mind you, Mineta seems comparable to any tool, such as a dildo in a drawer. I do not base my knowledge on the froth that emanates from his mouth. Though your vid is curious. =D

  • >> Mineta seems comparable to any tool, such as a dildo in a drawer

Well yeah. He is after all a state employee. :-P

    >> how does one state that said aircraft is 30 miles out?

Having served in air defense artillery in the army, I can tell you that this is exactly what happens when dealing with inbound aircraft heading towards protected airspace. The opening scene from Top Gun is probably the best example from a movie. watch?v=QT6Tuch_4d8

  • I buy that explanation. It is more that an assumption was already made as to the final destination of the aircraft. Airspace is busted all the time, when military airspace is broken it is often times, not that big of a deal in the grand scheme of things.

Testimonial accuracy after an event is often worthless anyway. Who really knows what was said? The comment deletes do not surprise me; yahoo is a commercial entity. As such per published policy I see no issue with deleting comments.

  • >> As such per published policy I see no issue with deleting comments.

Agreed. It's their property and they can do what they want with it. Being National Socialists with a vested interest in the proliferation of the US government, they choose to do this with it. I think however, that it is important to point this stuff out. Maybe it will encourage customers to go elsewhere or an entreprenuer to put these cock smokes out of business.

  • nice fake video...you failed

  • What the fuck? Are you seriously that mentally ill?

  • no you really are failed!!!!!!!

  • Controlled demolition experts reject the notion that "pull it" is a term used in building implosions.

"Pull" is also used by firefighters in reference to "pulling firefighters out of a building", because the situation is too dangerous. It is in this context that Silverstein used the term "pull it".

His spokesperson, Dara McQuillan, said that by "it", Silverstein was referring to the contigent of firefighters in WTC 7.

  • great vid.

  • i hope you dont mind me reposting this vid on myspace. i think my generation needs to know. their harder to wake up, i think. (im 19,btw)

  • you know, yesterday and today, i tried googling something and it didnt show. idk if it was b/c of my antivirus program or b/c of my comp. it can be crappy sometimes.

maybe im just being paranoid...i finally found what i was looking for but i havent been able to see a link for owell's book 1984... tis, strange.

  • God forbid you look up literature...How can people not be outraged by censorship, we don't pay attention to history or law at all...too depressing to even begin talking about the absurdities that we experience.

  • Google has a massive database that stores your e-mails and all activity on your computer or accounts EVER. THEY WATCH YOU FROM YOUR COMPUTER.

  • What to you expect from a company that allows the CIA and the NSA to work with them? As bad as they are in the US though, at least they are not doing what they are doing in China here.

I think people are finally starting to get wise to Google. People are pretty pissed off about street view and Google trespassing on their private property.

  • icfnord: what are they doing in china?

  • Censoring the internet. Just like in Australia.

  • fudge.

  • I dont have a thing I'm ashamed of except if I let myself get too angry, but being angry is not a crime. The internet is "open before all" anyway. I dont visit sites I would be ashamed of and I dont e-mail. I post here and in my PM here. If they are looking at me, I'm pretty darn boring. If a disabled vet in rural SC who youtubes and comments on factual material is wrong no one has informed me about it.

Now, if I was at porn sites, I'd be blushing lol

  • Wow! And how old is this video? And I didnt know this... thank you so much for sharing this with us

  • It's about 2 years old. I caught Yahoo doing it. They weren't removing any of the answer pages except the ones specifically geared towards 9/11 truth. There were a lot more, I just couldn't document them all.

  • Thanks for sharing that, its pretty kool how you show it :)

  • Spread this one instead:

    infowars[dot]com/?p=3749

  • Great going man! Excellent work I'll spread this around...

  • I can't get the cache link now. Its gone.

  • An excellent job of documenting and reporting Yahoo's role as a corporate/surrogate censor on behalf of the USG or other authorities. Democracy cannot not survive while corporations (given their status to serve the public good) help to undermine constitutional principles.

  • .....wow.....this video needs to be seen more

  • I'll be uploading my own documentary of censorship online, hopefully by the end of summer. I'm working on youtube at the moment, but didn't figure that yahoo answers would be censored. Guess it's just another thing to look into. Good detective work!

  • interesting... too bad about the low veiws
