If abortion constitutes a woman's right to chose - and I believe it does - than it's an elective procedure, isn't it? Why should other Americans have to pay for elective surgery? One of two consenting adults don't use contraception and everyone has to pay for it? What adult has sex without considering the possibility of conception? If an abortion is required for medical reasons, or in the case of rape or incest, I think the cost should be covered.

Who said pro-lifers agree unanimously with the Death Penalty? It's a fairly even split. Nonetheless, an individual essentially makes the choice to die/go to prison when they commit the crime. Sure there are judicial errors, but that doesn't mean that the law is now invalid.
