I never had grandparents that wanted anything to do with me. I struggle a lot with my father, to try and relate with and get through daily life with.
When I see a man like Bob Chandler, a man who shoulders the burdens of his entire family and does the best he can, I'm envious. I'm proud. I'm sad. I'm happy. A whole flood of emotions go through me--for a man that we need more of in the world, a man who deserved a better life, and a man I never got to personally know.

@MrMaxen92 Chris is probably already spending the money that Chris no longer has to pay his Dad each month for stealing Bob's credit cards, as well as the bonus 50% of Bob's Social Security money that will now be added to Chris' "tugboat" money (was $800. Now will be $1200).
That Pepto Bismol Port-O-John they live in will be foreclosed within two years because Chris will spend all the money.

@MrMaxen92 Chris stole Bob's credit cards and went on a shopping spree at Best Buy and PSN. When caught, he tried to con Bob into thinking that the trolls hacked Bob's card account and did all those crimes.
Bob put the ultimatum on Chris: Bob would pay off the debt and save Chris from prison time, and Chris would give Bob ALL of his monthly "tugboat" money and pay Chris an "allowance" of it in $200 worth of debit cards.
IMO, giving Chris 2 years to lose the house is a generous estimate.

Hmm.. That explains why he have so many games on his PS3. Did Chris's attempt of making his father believe that the trolls used his card? If they did a thorough investigation with the credit card company, it would be easy to track who bought all the games and such, thus leading to Chris.
As of Chris owning the house, I'd believe it's about one year. It would certainly depend on what the future holds for Chris at this time. Who knows..

About a month before my grandmother passed away, I sat down with her and recorded her life story. I'm so glad I did, because I can read those now and really appreciate them. Chris won't have that.

Bob tried to reach out and tell his son, the only person around who would listen, about life and what he had seen in the world and he was ignored. He deserved more than to go out the way he did, in a trashed house with those beasts and keeping him cooped up. He had a lot of stories to share but now they won't be heard. That's one of the saddest things if you ask me.
I ought to record the stories my grandparents have. I owe it to them and to Bob since he didn't get that chance.

It's actually kinda sad that he died working for his fat ungrateful manchild of a son and his landwhale of a wife. Even more sad that his family are now exploiting his death for money. Though with having breakfast at burger king, and his health problems, it's like he wanted to die. Though with his family it's understandable. Hopefully Chris and Snorlax get whats coming to them.

Chris never sought to improve himself, was lazy, and probably caused stress. From Chris' whining and laziness, Chris making a total ass of himself on the net, Chris's 'recycling', troubles with the law, the Megan saga, Chris' debt, fighting Chris's battles , and the house tour, years of disappointment and stress took their toll on Bob. He could have had a few more good years, but thanks to Chris, Bob died, mentally, physically, and spiritually defeated. He deserved so much better.
