  • love the video really good

  • i wonder if it can transform me into a babe. Id love that. NO stretchmarks, no flabby skin. clear skin, silky hair. Then i will love it totally

  • Nanotechnology is a new tool for developing our products to help humanity. this technology is applied in medicine, robotics, medicine and others.

  • Jazzhands!

  • nano tech is going to improve our lifes in ways we can't imagine yet.

And yes some of the nano tech is going to be used to kill & destroy,

but honestly do you really care if your murderer kills you with a rock, a sword, a gun or a nano-tech-rail-gun.

We already have so many ways to destroy the world a 100 times over.

If Humanity is going to destroy itself it is going to do it with or without nano-tech, so we might al well have the benefits from it until we die out.

  • @unamaxify I totally agree.

  • Go ahead use nanotechnology all you want for any thing, BUT STAY AWAY FROM MY FOOD.

  • Nanotechnology is the science of very small things. LOL.

  • Does not compute.

  • The fact that this video has over 100,000 views and this guy doesn't explain a single solid detail of how nanotechnology works is ridiculous to me!

  • Rikki Bobbi, "I'm not quite sure what I should do with my hands"

  • YOU LOOK LIKE L. RON HUBBARD YOU SCIENTOLOGIST BITCH

  • Hope we don't end up with john Carpenter's The Thing.

  • Comment removed

  • Look up, now look down, then backup again, I've got a nano space elevator, now look back at your old fashioned elevator, Look down then up again I've got nano's.

Looks at my Nano Technology now look at yours now look down then backup, I'm on a hoverbike.

    Na-na-na-nano technology.

  • what's with the hands already? stop waving the damn things around, you dick!

  • we are all made up of nano technology. Soon biology and technology will make no significent different revolutionizing acceptance of technological entity and demanding equal and civil rights for their family members that has serial numbers on it.

  • "They are Smaller than 100 nanometers..." So, how small is that?

"It's about 1000 atoms across, or less... Right. That cleared that up then.

  • @djvertical The diameter of a human hair divided by 600.

  • The benefits of Nanotechnology out weighs its risk.

It can help the entire planet. It can clean pollution. It can cure all of our disease. Make us and our love ones live forever.

  • nanomites will combine into some massive robot/s and kill us all and what will be left is them robots and green goo

  • the nanotechnology has upsides and downsides, it all depends on who uses them, as always, and its not always good

  • NANOBOT

  • Ive been reading about this topic a bit and ive been asking myself, will we be able to become what many call "God" and control, change and create any kind of materials we want with this technology?

  • very nice :) i do think this area is very intresting

  • its so useful thank you for the information....but also nanotechnology has the negative side....u need to mention

  • in 1000 years purely biological human beings wouldnt exist anymore.

  • He forgot to mention you could also build a virus that could destroy us with nanotech.

  • stem cell research FTW, ya, i know how it works you lose a life to save a life

  • Cool tech. Sounds like he's talking to a 4 year old crowd though. :)

  • i want nanobots that enhance the human body & brain

  • @Clarkofkrypton

    It can and it will.

    Cheers!

  • I hope to be one of the physicists working on nano-tech when I finish college.

  • These idiots for some reason dont realize that they can be made into the deadliest weapon in the universe. If these lying, cheating, stupid and mad scientists. aciddently let nanobots recreate themselves they could consume all matter in a jellyesh form. pretty much, the blob is real if the dumbass scientists use nanos for weapons

  • @shadsf342

i think we dont need nanobots to distroy ourselves :D there are a lot more easier ways with "normal" nanotechnology, which are dangerous enough.

  • Didn't Scienceonthebrain made this?

  • His voice sounds like the GII guy.

  • I've a few questions: is there already an actual nanobot in practical use? or at least a robot that is as small as a pebble? What year do you think that these robots would likely be manufactured? I'm writing a fictional autobiography of a living person going to cryonic sleep in 2045. I'm guessing that by that time, it is possible, through nanotech, that a living person can be put into sleep and wake a hundred years or more.

  • @darcon81 we dont need the nanobots with nanotechnology. there will be specific nanostructures to reach a specific goal.

  • @darcon81 In my humble opinion, we have nano bots in our heads right now.

  • He never once explained how Nanotechnology actually works. what a dipshit liar.

  • seriously WTF is with the hands? like a happyfaced T-rex trying to find a use for his de-evolved arms/limbs.

  • that guy is like a dinosaur

  • Who let the dogs out?? anata wa nan desuka (WHAT ARE YOU??)

  • Who let the dogs out?? anata wa nan desuka (WHAT ARE YOU??)

  • he sounds drunk when talking about soot.

  • @c3789 Seriously dude, think about it, what are you fighting for? Dead plants and animals (oil), religon and basically securing strategic grounds for future invasions (Iraq-Afghanistan= Invasion of Iran next). All your doing is supporting shadow Govnmts and their bullying tactics. Meanwhile we get to see our sons and daughters come home in coffins. Go for it dude, go get yourself killed so that all the people who love you, you can change their lives forever.

  • @dinglenutzz your an emo your cat hates you because it dosnte need you to complant around it and it got a job at pizza hut and has a wife named snowbell and thats why your wrong

  • @yo100ish Holy fuck your so right!! You know so much about me which means we are buds in real life. LOL Chris get off this page man, stop bugging me. Ya I know you said you would for laughs, but Chris seriously. Ill see ya tomorrow man. OBTW not so much peanut butter on your scrotum around my CAT snowbell, thats why your bag hurts, and you got PB in my Pizza Hut.

Chris and I are bestest friends. We have Peanut Butter and dog partys together *Finger in mouth-blushing*

  • Neville Longbottom? Is that you?

  • It's great isnt it yahoo googlers and others.

Maybe even the nano tech was used to make this typing go slow, and to be appending approval....... lol

  • @c3789 LOL 50 or so people so far, have tried to convinve me not to join the military, including my perrents and this argument, on youtube none the less, is by far the best argument agenst going. My mind is not set but what you are "saying" (typing) makes sence and i will use it to make my decition.

    TYVM for your oppinion.

  • @c3789 I do not agree, but if your oppinion has some sort of fact or intellect behind it, you deserve to have it. It is your 1st am. right to voice your oppinion. Im going to join the corps and im willing to die for your and every american's right to voice their oppinion. Again, i just thought that you were just another acid pounding hippie.

Thank you for excercising your rights.

  • @c3789 I am just so tired of all of the "antigovernment" "anticonformist" hippies (who all conform the group to fit in) with their the "antigovernment" conspiricies. I have to hear these fuckhead teenagers every day try to convince me of this bullshit and im tired of it. although im only 17 i have read 9 sci. encyc. cover to cover, the origin of species, a 36 on my act. If you have an intelectual and well thought out oppinion, great, but i immediately grouped you in with the fuckhead hippies.

  • @c3789 You are an idiot. You are probobly the same person who would sue McDonalds because you cant figure out that coffee is fucking hot.

  • I just read where a dentist who is 'in the know' refuses to get dental work done on himself. Now see, this is a red flag for me since he was once with the "in the know" group. That means he's probably seen some crazy stuff going on with the implanting of chips via of nanotecnology in someones 'root canal'. Maybe he's guilty himself huh?

  • Never heard it explained like this before. Thanks Marshall Brain.

  • @c3789 nanobots kill viruses...

  • Yes thanks to Nanotechnology they can now inject viruses into people via siringes disguised as vaccinations.

  • I detest his voice. Blatantly this video is for simpletons.

  • @Ayman5 yeah...call all the people who know less then you "simpletons." ... kind of insulting lol

  • this goes to show that 'mother eath' (our Planet) has the ability to populate other planets with life or human kind dispite what ever light years away - politics and other elements are just holding us back. so i say come on now, we have work to do, there is a whole universe out there thats just waiting on us. lets move forward in faith!!

  • His nose sounds like it is plugged... He is only talking through his mouth. Get that checked bro.

  • sorry folks i just lost a nanoparikel - can you see, where i left it ??? - must be somwere on the screen ..... :-D .

  • Why is it that people who are uneducated or can't understand something are so afraid of it? I have friends working on technology like this, they are trying to find ways to cure disease, etc. But of course, if you don't know how nanotech works, "my evil friends must be conspiring to kill everyone with their nanobots". lol retards

  • @blastyblasty I agree!!! I'm working in the nanotech field at present and we do not make and cannot make nanobots...it's ridiculous. We are not conspiring to kill anyone or destroy anyone, just to make advances on medicine and other fields, all to the benefit of everyone.

  • @blastyblasty some of the most evil people are the educated one. i agree with nanotech but i guarantee you the government will weaponize it. watch GI JOE :P

  • wow, there are so many things wrong with this

  • bullshit propaganda! nanotechnology can recharge batteries ffs... who the hell cares. but is this in our vaccines!?!?!!??!

  • You skipped military. 2:05. Wonder what great plans DARPA .and the military have for the sheeple

  • @JasonKlassenMusic Im so fucking tired of people bitching about "the government" and OMGOMGOMGOGMGOMGOGM THE M1L1tARIE AND TEH SHEEPLZ. That word just makes me cringe.

  • Sucks to be you buddy. Make sure to take the H1N1 vaccines and whatever else the government tells you to do. If the gov cares so much about us why won't they help the 911 workers or the military for that matter? Do some real research on whats really going on around you. Just a thought. Heres a start look up chem trails

  • @yappertrap Too bad I already had H1N1, but I'll get it anyways just in case. Yeah, why not? I'm not a paranoid fanatic who believes in 9/11 conspiracies. I'm guessing you believe in the NWO? XD The more people in a conspiracy, especially over multiple generations, the more unlikely the theory is. The NWO theory requires multiple generations of people on a worldwide scale to cover up every aspect of our daily lives. PLUS, this would have to be the worst organization ever if you know so much

  • so yah you dont beleive in laws of physics...how did wt7 come down. it wasnt hit by a plane????. keep your head in the sand my friend. ps this is the last comment from me. when reason leaves so do I

  • @yappertrap about their plans! XD

  • @JasonKlassenMusic

    you're retarded

  • if hes retarded why does he have +5 i guess most other people are retarded in your eyes. exactly what about military!

  • Imagine...

    1 PB (Petabyte = 1000TB) hard drive.

    1TB RAM.

    10GB graphics cards.

A whole new generation of intel i7 processors.

Now those would be epic computers.

  • drools...

  • 20TB/s transfer rates.

    Hundred core cpus

  • @animewatcher5 It'll be useless until we add another demention.

we already have 3d ps3 games and 3d tvs

  • @animewatcher5 I know your post is quite old but look at quantum computers/computing

  • this doesn't show how it works... it just tells us what it will be able to do....

  • watch this it's amazing /watch?v=YcqvJI8J6Lc

It is just sad that that such stuff is explained by peple who know nothing about nanotechnology

  • cryonics repair via nanobots?

    revive those once considered dead?

  • World governments will have a field day with nanotechnology. They can now kill off more people with their depopulation propaganda.

  • @BlackmatterX I can assure you that current nanotechnology research is in areas like biomedical engineering and material science. Scientists and engineers are not trying to develop mini robots that can cause genocide with the click of a finger. Not only from a moral stand point is that wrong, but also they would never get any funding for that kind of thing.

  • I HATE this man's voice. Damn it's annoying

  • @moerbieluisteraar He sounds whinny

  • @moerbieluisteraar its just clear?

  • @moerbieluisteraar lolollolol

  • @moerbieluisteraar he sounds way to scripted...... i really agree with you

  • this is the devils hardware........can be verry helpfull but can be verry dangerous in the wrong hands.......immagine airbouurn micro robots designed to destroy human race like vicious virus and can reproduce independently......or much worst!!!!!!!!!!!!!

  • @markantosbilog every inovation has the potential to end up in the wrong hands, we need not to fear of what could happen if it gets in the wrong hands, we need to worry about that when it does happen. u can never anticapate a radical minds objective so why not worry when the opportunity is relevant, dont fear what u dont know also

  • This is why you weigh the benefits versus the negative impact... If you can make a micro robot, well guess what, you can make something else to destroy that micro robot. Duh, common sense people, everyone has it, choose to use it.

  • @theonlydanphillips this is the pandoras box people!!!!!!!!!

  • Like everything in technology, it can be used for bad. However, the positive things are so great it would be stupid not to take advantage of it.

  • @Sbetsho

    Actually, itll be stupid if we take advantage of it like we have been doing with pretty much every technological advancement since the discovery of the wheel >.>;;

Humanity's wisdom does not keep up with the technological advancements we make, which is a real big problem,

    ~Jkun~

  • Space elevator...wo.ow

  • cool...i didnt get any thing he sayed XD

  • 1000 atoms of what? it makes a big difference on that scale no?

  • It depends on what they want to make.

  • 1000 atoms of anything is extremely small, he's just giving a rough idea of the size of a NM.

  • Only if they do not know the dialectics of neccessity and chance...all siences in private owned societies are sum total of disconnected facts. The dialectics (not mataphysics) shows and points to the inner connections of facts. We must take the chance don't let chance take you.

  • Super vid !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

  • got morgellons disease? the nanotech disease

  • we should all invest in nano stocks?

  • hehe

  • only if you want morgellons disease

  • "The National Science Foundation estimates that by 2015, nanotechnology will play a critical role in $1 trillion worth of products, requiring 2 million workers." Yes, I'd say investing in nano stocks would be a good idea, as well getting education for this sector that can help reduce unemployment.

  • @saigondj **should we** not "we should"

  • Oh great Metal gear solid come to life.

  • Marshall Brain?

    go figure...

  • thanks

  • If people can live forever...then what would happen to insurance companies? Are we gonna make payments on our life or die?

  • insurance companies will do everything in their power to stop this...so its pretty much business as usual for them....

  • Is this the newest and most advanced technology ever to be created?

  • Yes

  • excellent work!

  • And i'm not some 15 year kid.

  • Normal materials contain large gaps and are often formed with minuscule faults.

The idea of nanotechnology is to move a group of atoms using physical laws (some of which don't work the same or at all) on an atomic scale. Then take your structure and have interact with the other atoms to grow, duplicate itself, or shape another molecule in a different way. The goal here is structural perfection at an atomic scale. As you might imagine, this could do a lot - for everything.

  • What about functional perfection...when you working on a molecular level the law of yin-yang applies more than ever...i.e wave-particle.

  • I think this is a bad explanation coz i still dont no what nanotechnology is

  • then people could just make dimonds... and the value of such elements would go down.

  • the only thing is good with immortality that a human(and me :D) could see world end

  • can nanotechnology get indefinetely smaller?

  • No, it can only get as small as the atoms used to create the technology

  • I'd like to live at least 400-500 years.

Long enough to study all the cariers I'd want, visit all the places in the world and be soo wise that you could die happy.

Also if this happen, you will be forced to have 1 child per 100 years as maximum so the population will not overgrow. That's my opinion

  • i wish i could live for a long time to then i can live to see all the new and exciting technology that comes out and go around the world

  • You will if your really 16.

  • i hope :)

  • But the point is, you wouldnt be able to commit a suicide because you would be immortal.

  • i think you could if you cut your head off or really badly injure yourself, but i dont think its really right to commit suicide >.>

  • ive heard that soon nanotechnology will lead to medical treatments which greatly prolong life, and that by the time the treatment wears off there will be more improved treatments, leading to immortality.

Im all for it, but i hope its during my lifetime.

  • I'm totally against it. If people would be immortal then the earth population would radically increase. Thats not only the problem, if people wouldnt value their lives then they would do whatever they want, steal, rape, 'kill' if they could

  • Who cares if the earths population increases? By the time we have achieved immortality surely we would also have the technology to go to mars, and find other places to populate. Earth isnt the only planet in the universe folks.

  • First off, nanotechnology is so primitive at this time that 'immortality' will not come "soon." The only medical usage of nanotechnology so far is dermatology. The only rumor I heard for using nanotechnology in the future would be to help fight cancer. I think we can all agree that fighting cancer is a good thing. As for immortality, don't worry about it because it will not be here any time soon.

  • Opreadator,

Immortality is quite easy to achieve, all we need to do is isolate the aging gene and manipulate the DNA and the genes that directly effect the breakdown and effectiveness of specific organs, with nano tech we can basically turn out body into machines and of course we will still be able to die from damaging our vital organs, but aging and diseases will soon be something that we will become immune too, in the very near future.

  • >.> what you have to do is repair the dna in your cells as time goes your dna gets smaller and smaller and that causes age if you can repair that using nano tech you'll stay young forever and you're body will be strong against outside invaders.

  • I love living in this time! This is what I want to study!

  • Nice - ;-)

  • This guy seems drunk

  • Hes just talking slower, so dumb people wont get lost.

  • @TheBlitz1 wait, what, stop typing so fast.

  • This didn't really tell me much...

  • Nice video, but doesn't really explain "how nanotechnology works" :p

  • That does not tell me how you biuld the nano carbon tube??

how do you build a nano engine???????????

  • You mean a nanogenerator?

Building carbon nanotubes makes use of CVD processes. There a five basic things you need: 1) a furnace

    2) a substrate

    3) a catalyst

    4) carbon feedstock

    5) Hydrogen Gas

  • Excellent video on nanotech.

  • thats amazing

  • Good video on Nanotech. Thanks!

  • thanx
