Ms. Kamin appears to have a unique process for painting, in that, she brings one area to completion before moving to the next. She achieves good results; however, most painter work the whole picture, meaning they complete the underpainting for the whole picture before moving on to doing the block-in of the whole picture.

@MrChadwooters I agree it's a little weird to see things done that way. Working the whole picture allows one to spot and correct any composition problems before any time was spent on detail. I'd hate to finish major parts of a drawing and only after that find out I need to move something a few inches :)
