Un Dieu, c'est un des plus grands artistes que je connaisse.. Ce mec était juste génial, sa musique est magnifique, il chantait avec ses tripes, était un excellent guitariste et avait un putain de talent.. Je dis respect.. RIP Rory, tu nous manques ♥

SRV may have been a technical marvel on the six string, but in terms of musicianship, composition, versatility, evocative & exciting playing, stage presence he wasn't in the same league as Rory. I'm aware that this is very subjective, but imo there so many white bluesmen that brought much more to the table than SRV. Don't get me wrong, he was a fantastic, stupendously talented guitarist but he never did sth. I haven't heard Hendrix, A. King, B. Guy and others do before him, and arguably better.
