  • Well, water lettuce just looks like lettuce. I don't think you can eat it! At least, I wouldn't... but I think hippos do.

  • Cool, I love all of those... Well I wonder about water lettuce, I had a whole pond full of them, I just didn't know what to do with them. They were like fantasia with the broomstick just dividing and dividing forever...

  • There are some edible aquatic plants that are hardy in England, I'll do a video on them and post it back in the future. Keep it up.

  • The ones that spring to mind are N.Aquaticum (Water cress), V.Beccabunga (Brooklime) - leaves of above. T.Latifolia (Reedmace) - Roots and I.Glandulifera (Himalayan balsam) - ripe seed pods. There ae bound to be more I've forgotten, but I'll vid them.
